I'm not gay, but I still like to cook.
Don't you hate McDonalds? I do. They take perfectly good meat and turn it into a shiteburger with fries. Well, now you don't have to eat their crap any more.
My aim here is to share my favourite recipes with you. There will be recipes from around the world, plus a few I've made up myself. I have to say right now that common themes are garlic, Cajun spice mix and meat. If you want vegetarian recipes, may I politely suggest that you fuck off and look somewhere else? Thank you.
If you are lactose intolerant, on a restricted cholesterol diet or are subject to peanut allergies, please read this before trying my recipes.
What I'll be doing is creating sections for various types of cuisine. I must warn you that they are not all entirely true to their ethnic origins; an Italian friend of mine has threatened to do me a mischief if I refer to what she calls "Spaghetti alla Fergus" as Bolognese, which apparently doesn't have garlic in it. Well, mine does.
